Welcome to my corner of the internet! My name is Jennifer, and I am thrilled to share my journey and passions with you.
With four college degrees, including an MFA in Film Production and an MA in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) focusing on adult learners, my academic journey has been diverse and enriching. My professional experience spans various roles, from assisting in libraries to working in family-run floral businesses, and most notably, spending five years as an Adult ESL teacher.

I am a language enthusiast who has dabbled in studying several languages, although English remains my primary fluency. I practiced speech craft as a Toastmaster for five years.
Currently, I am rediscovering my love for watercolor and acrylic painting, while continuing to pursue macro nature photography—a passion that brings me closer to the intricate beauty of the natural world. My artistic journey also includes singing in choirs in the past, an experience that enriched my love for music and community.
The heart of my podcast and website is to open minds and hearts, spreading love and grace. I believe we have more in common than we often realize, and my goal is to foster understanding and compassion among people from all walks of life.

My travels have taken me to various places, and I have had the privilege of living in two different countries. These experiences, coupled with my time spent with international students and people from diverse backgrounds, have deepened my appreciation for different perspectives, cultures, and foods. Being Gluten Free has definitely been a downer on the food aspect.​

As an introvert, I find solace and strength in quiet moments and introspection. Living a gluten-free lifestyle, I am continually learning and rebuilding myself with God's guidance and support.
